Jonathan Power co-founded Game Creek Holdings in 2017, bringing over twenty years of real estate development experience.  Jonathan has a proven ability to manage every aspect of a real estate project, including; acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, leasing and dispositions.  Jonathan’s career has centered on construction, and he has hands-on experience as a site superintendent, project manager, general contractor and owner.

            

Prior to starting Game Creek, Jonathan spent four years as a partner with Drake Real Estate Services, a Denver-based real estate development company that specializes in client-driven build-to-suit development for national retailers. Prior to Drake, Jonathan began his career in 1997 as a sales and leasing broker for Miller Weingarten, a real estate investment trust that develops and manages grocery-anchored centers and power centers. Over the course of his career, Jonathan has completed projects in multiple markets for dozens of retailers including Rite Aid, Starbucks, Wendy’s, Les Schwab Tire Centers, Wells Fargo, Nordstrom Rack and Tesla. 

 

Jonathan holds an MBA from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and a B.A. from Denison University.

 

Jonathan currently lives in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado with his wife and their two children.
