Jake Klopp joined Game Creek Holdings in October 2020. Jake is responsible for supporting the team in all facets of acquisitions, entitlements, construction management, leasing, financing and disposition efforts. Prior to joining Game Creek, Jake was an associate producer at Cadence Capital Partners, a real estate capital markets advisory, sourcing equity and debt for development and acquisitions projects across the US. Prior, Jake worked at Morgan Stanley in Denver as an analyst for the top Private Wealth team in the Mountain West. Before that, Jake had successful stints working in Operations Management at Taos Ski Valley, Inc. in northern New Mexico and as an analyst on the Business Development/Acquisitions team at Pyramid Hotel Group in Boston, MA. He graduated from the College of Charleston in 2012 with dual degrees in Business Administration and Hospitality Management and is currently pursuing a Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and is the third best skier on the Game Creek team.
